Had a deep tissue massage on my upper back and back of my neck,as was very tight and had muscle spasms which affected my posture.Richard did a great job releasing the tension and had me fully flexing my blades back and created more movement freeing my neck movement again.highly recommend.

Richard is warm, welcoming and very knowledgeable in his profession. I have a terrible year of pain and almost inability to walk some days but the NHS has given me very little help. It seems it stems from a car accident in 2009 where I broke my femur and it's all a weak spot. I've seen private therapists and they have given me guidelines but not really helped to cure the problem. Richard seemed to know exactly where he needed to put pressure points to.....and this is painful but it's worth grinning and bearing it! Two days after about an hour treatment with him I am walking better than I have for a year....it's not totally cured yet but I have hope at last that I've found the help I need. Thank you

After suffering with intense lower back pain I was recommended to visit Richard by a friend. Richard was able to fit me in the following day, after a consultation and assessment of my injury and posture he recommended that I undergo a sports massage. I had never had this type of massage before and within 45 minutes he had cleared my lower back pain completely. He also noted that my neck & shoulders were incredibly tense and performed therapy there. I honestly dont know what to say other than I came out feeling 10 years younger! The general mobility and feeling of being free that had been regained far surpassed any expectation I had. I can not stop telling friends and family how good he has made me physically feel and I can not thank him enough. Richard is very friendly, his studio is immaculately clean, light and airy and he is clearly very skilled and experienced in his profession.
