Tecni sell really good quality products. But sometimes quality isn't everything. I have been dealing with a very lovely lady called Ingrid. Ingrid not only dealt with my request efficiently, but provided me with detailed updates. She was extremely helpful, and sorted out my confusing order amendment instantly. Not only did she do all this, but did it with lovely manners, a positive attitude, and never left me wondering what was happening. Quality, price, and lead times are important, but a great attitude to customers I find is sometimes lacking with some companies. Through Ingrid, Tecni didn't just tick these boxes, they wrapped them in a neatly tied bow! Keep up the great work Ingrid, Tecni really have a great asset in you!

I had a very bare brick wall to cover to finish off my garden. The stainless steel components on the Tecni trellis kit are so beautifully engineered, it completes the wall by being a feature, even before the plants have grown. I just love the design. I sent Tecni a photo of my bear wall and they sent me an animation so that I could see how the trellis would look before I purchased the kit, such a great idea. The system was so easy to fit. What a brilliant service, friendly and professional team with a fast delivery. Highly recommend.
