Excellent staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Was a short wait and even got advice for something I wasn't there for.

Visited today and was more than happy with the service I recieved. Had to wait to be seen but can understand the reasons why ( we have to queue for everything in today's world.) Was seen by a senior nurse who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The local population are extremely fortunate to have this facility on there door step.

Went to the MIU straight after being misdiagnosed at Doctor's surgery i just want to say that the staff at the MIU go above and beyond, they actually listen to your concerns and questions and know what they are talking about, seen two lovely nurses and was prescribed antibiotics couldn't believe the polar opposites from the doctors surgery to the MIU, no wonder Miu is always so busy, because the doctors don't want to deal with people, just grateful for this Burnham on sea MIU.

Good when it's open. MIU Shut 3 days this week. Rang the hospital itself 11 times for advice and no answer.
