Right, I came here with the family over a year ago and forgot to leave a review here. Words cannot describe how devastating our trip was to this place. We arrived just on time, so got the room straight away. The place was dismal, looked like chernobyl with all the dirt and run down buildings. The room was absolutely appalling. There were damages to almost all the doors, deep scratches on the walls and floor, outdated electronics, appliances that didn't word at all, and dirt scattered everywhere. The beds were something else, rather just be on the floor. Obviously we called up reception, and they told us to come to the main reception. I took some photos and went over. After showing the manager the photos, instead of helping she slapped my phone out my hands and told me to go back to my "cell". I went back to the room and told everyone what happened. We planned to leave on the night. Before we left we took a risk and tried out the restaurant. Bad idea. The food was poor, service plain bad and there was cream on the floor that my 3 year old son slipped on. We tried to make it quick and went back to the room to unpack. Within minuites we were back on the road on our way quick. It was more of a relief that we were leaving early, as all of us agreed that that place was like living hell. If your wondering pontins, we will NOT be returning and you can shove your 50 pound voucher up your bum!
