Lovely Little Shop with Everything you could need as a Serious and passionate Crafter! Was Greeted by a lovely Couple who were very polite and got me a product from the stock area within 2 minutes! Dog Friendly too Definitely coming back

I recently visited this shop for the first time. I was charged for an item that I didn't purchase, along with items that I did purchase. I sent a photograph of the receipt/ photo of the items I did purchase /email explaining their mistake. The customer service was disappointing, the response indifferent and although they did apologise the approach was hostile. was
