The girls I was served by were really pleasant. I was very pleased with the price, initially........ Sadly the 5 qualatex balloons I purchased started to deflate the same day of purchase! I have bought this type of balloon elsewhere many times and they've lasted at least a week, however, previously the balloon was 'tied' with itself or a special plastic collar has been used, both methods have worked perfectly. These balloons I believe, were sealed by the ribbon used to attach to the weight being tied around the balloon - obviously not an efficient method, hence only last a matter of hours. I was so disappointed, the only reason I have given 2 stars is because the girls were so friendly. Had I known what was going to happen I would have gone to another shop I saw just a few doors away. I'm so upset, these were for a 30th birthday party but useless in reality!!!
