Burnham House Dental Practice

I was a happy NHS patient here for many years, but on my recent visit, a moody receptionist told me I'd been moved onto some sort of "blacklist" because my last appointment was before covid. Not really my fault as I'd been working abroad and couldn't come home at the time, but hey... Several reviews suggest other longstanding customers have had similar experiences. I was also told the place has become more privatised and that "rejoining" as an NHS patient was impossible. Instead, they said if I wanted a private appointment, there was a 3 month wait and the checkup fee would now be more than 3x the price I would normally pay. Absolutely reeks of a scam - definitely avoid this place. Very sad to since a once lovely local dentist go so far downhill.

I visited recently with my daughter who need teeth removing prior to having her brace fitted. The service was excellent professional and caring. We had everything explained to us beforehand and again on the day so that our daughter felt reassured and knew what to expect on both visits. Thank you to Michelle and the Burnham team.

Recently joined the new dental plan at burnham house, great value for money and the staff are very friendly and relaxed which made my experience really pleasant

Wonderful experience, the staff at Burnham House Dental Practice are very pleasant and competent and my teeth are now sparkly clean.
