Sent the wrong bed, sent a damaged bed, waited in 3 days for delivery then asked me to return the bed at my cost for a 50 refund on a 250 bed must be having a laugh!

Absolutely awful company. The products look like reject items. We bought a table and chairs from them and only half of it turned up. Eventually got the table but now found once making it that more items are missing. Hard to say do not buy from them as you dont know you are as we thought we were buying from the range. Awful product. Awful experience

Terrible company that relies on terrible couriers. I had a glass table delivered that was completely smashed. They rearranged delivery for after the weekend, nothing turned up. A week later and it's still sitting in a warehouse somewhere. Staff at comfy living are useless and cannot do anything to ensure their couriers deliver. Always be careful when using the Range and avoid this company at all costs!

Bought a bed through the range didn't turn up on the date given even tho we were told the same day and had to book the day off as an emergency.. They didn't turn up. Read the reviews and called the customer care team at the range on line they have said to refuse the delivery and get a refund. So I'm waiting for this tk happens even tho they emailed the company to say do not deliver. We shall see. Comfy living are shocking. Update! Arrived refused to be refused. Came broken refused to take it away.

A friend got me a Comfy Living sofa bed as a housewarming gift. I had a few issues undoubtedly through the process but as long as I followed the process and stayed patient, managed to get very good customer service from Ayesha and Karen who patiently contacted the warehouse and got the replacement parts sent out 3 times in total. For the price, despite the niggles felt it was worth it. I will say this much - I never got the impression ever that the company was out to rip me off. Thanks Karen/Ayesha.
