        Went to burnham on sea branch today to ask if I could have 10ps bag for 5 coins lady so bloody rude in these times of awlfull days where is the kindness no I dont have an account there but I have been in other banks and they were fine

        Nationwide has falsely accused me of fraud without any evidence. Nationwide has sent my money to someone else without my authorisation and awareness I consider this as THEFT. Nationwide LIED saying that they sent the letter and called me. When I asked what the problem was. The RUDE lady staff did not answer my QUESTION. NO ONE at Nationwide told me what the problem was. Why is NATIONWIDE playing with my life? I am deeply unhappy how I was treated by Nationwide staff which fell below the industry standards. Finally, I have won my case against Nationwide!
