      • Graeme Finch (Grim's Reality)

        This is a fabulous shop, it has to be seen inside to be believed and appreciated. Coffee, cake, curtains, blinds, furniture and in the evening tapas and cocktails upstairs in the plush room. Seriously, just pop in be amazed at what a little innovation and imagination can do on the high street.

        Went as walk-in at 1.35 when Cafe very busy. Got to head of queue at 1.45. Customers queuing. So did not expect a table, but saw a booked table for 1pm had not arrived. When I asked could we use the table, were told no, as they would not want to give the table away in case they turned up at 2pm. Not great customer service and loss of business for the Cafe on two counts, us and the table that didn't turn up, but great news if you are running late as they must be the only business I know that will hold a table table for an hour after the booked time despite being busy. Disappointed.
