Maxine was the estate agent for our house purchase. She was thorough and persistent and helped hugely with the unfortunately v necessary chasing up of our conveyancers. Tina Wallace was our Mortgage broker and was tremendous. The work she put in helping two nervous novices could not be under-estimated. She secured us a great deal and managed the process seamlessly.

This review is for Tina the mortgage advisor. If you are buying a house you will know that every estate agent offers mortgage advisors and I got sick and tired of being told that I would get a better offer so decided to say I would decide when is found a house, I did with countrywide so Tina contacted me and said she would get some things together and call me back on Monday at 10am. She was the first advisor to call when she said she would. I didn't buy the house in the end but I was so impressed with Tina that I stuck with her. She was there whenever I had a question or a query (Sorry Tina) :) When we came to complete it solicitors disappeared off the radar, Tina sorted them out too, she is wonder woman in my eyes, if you want a mortgage advisor that has got your back and will be there for you when it matters, give Tina a ring
