We recently used SJ Warren as first time buyers, and without their help, I don't think the transaction would have been completed. Steph was hugely helpful throughout and always did her utmost to ease our anxieties and to try to ensure the transaction kept moving forward, even when we hit sticking points throughout. I have used this company over the last year too sell 2 properties & too buy 1 .the process has only be easy because of the team at sjwarrens being constantly available throughout all the problems that arise with buying & selling ....nothing has been too much trouble.extremly professional.

Just a quick email to say a huge thank you to Steph for her customer service, and quite frankly her above and beyond service to me (who at the end of the day was not her client, but the purchaser). To say this has been a stressful 2/3 months is an understatement and without Steph's professionalism throughout and being in my corner, calling even after hours with updates etc, as I have said; Steph has been invaluable and this end result for everyone in the chain would not have happened without Steph's input. Thank you so much, I look forward to completion day and collecting the keys in due course

I recently used SJ Warren for the sale of my mothers property. They showed their experience and professionalism through the process. Their communication was good and helped deal with any matters that arose.

Viewed house via them and agreed to purchase but not once have they followed us up and have not spoken with us chasing sale or indeed after we exchanged and competed. Very poor service and customer service.
