        I'm writing my review at 3.00am in the breakfast area. Sleep is not an option due to the faulty smoke detector in my room which flashes a red light every five seconds. Not helped by the sound of other people's macerator toilets. I might have had a better chance of sleep if I hadn't gone to bed hungry. Tuna steak was raw. Spiced potatoes served with it dried out and tough (too long under a heat lamp?). This can happen. Even a decent chef can get a dish wrong. What irked me was the fact that the waiter (manager) cleared my plate with an uneaten meal still on it without question or apology. Left me with the distinct impression that people find their food inedible so often that he's just accepted this as normal.
