        Unfortunately not a caring surgery, your be lucky to been seen by a doctor and one of the receptionists truly believes shes a Doctor and can be so rude.

        I understand the NHS is under huge pressure but this surgery has messed up my prescriptions almost every month so I have physically go there to request it. Just waited on phone for 22 minutes for an answer and then told by the receptionist I can't book a blood test even though its written on my prescription I need one, honestly, they are appalling
