Today 05.09.2017 Serenity Dentists (formally MacFarlane) charged me twice for NHS repair treatment carried out with the 12 month Guarantee. I have since reported them to NHS customer service who have opened a case. If they don't refund me they can be struck off the provider list apparently. It is appalling a dentist surgery are not aware of their NHS obligation and double charge like this. Who else out there has been caught out???

I have been using this dentist for at least 15 if not 20 years. Henry is very honest, tells you how it is and I trust that he will do what is necessary. Even when I moved out of the area I still continued to use HJ McFarlane. And now when temporarily living abroad I still come back to this practice when back in the country.

Just today l visit your surgery and like register to NHS but have surprise..... You reseptionist look not happy and ask for register to dentist about 18 .and in same place High street nobody ask any payment,can you explain this. About your surgery l send complain to UK NHS,because we realy not happy plus surgery staff cant give any advice about pain broken dent,only go to private clinic and she cant said how much l need to pay for this. This is wrong,Burnham not millioner place!!! Thanks for nothing.
