        I ordered a coffee and it was not good. I asked for a refund as part of their guarantee and they went silent (no reply via email) until I called them and they acknowledged the issue and told me they had seen the emails. They didn't refund me but instead they sent over 3 small sample bags of other varieties of coffee. The sample bags were very good in terms of taste/quality, however I didn't like the treatment of not responding to the refund request, especially when their website states: "If we have disappointed you in any way, we will refund your hard-earned cash. Its not quite a no questions asked guarantee." and "At least you know that you can try our coffee and get your money back if you are dissatisfied."

        I Have been getting my coffee directly from Lalico for some time, and can honestly they are at the top of their game. The coffee (I have tried many different varieties and companies) is always fresh, perfectly roasted, and perfectly ground.
