        Amazing PT. I started with really low confidence & fitness, but at a point I had to make a change. He took me, at a controlled pace, through an easily understood plan gauging my improvements & abilities & adapting the sessions accordingly. 2 1/2 years on, I am in a super place, mentally & physically. Jamie is easy to talk to & provides highly adaptable sessions, from cardio to weights, HIIT to Cross Fit style exercise or even slower intensity, rehabilitation & mobility work. Jamie keeps it relevant & enjoyable. You have to work but Jamie sets sessions up at a pace that suits your needs. I can't thank Jamie enough, from where I started, I am so looking forward to where I am going onto. Thx so much. - 5 star - thoroughly, thoroughly recommend.
