        Set off the beat & track, the cottage is well equipped, has beautiful views of the River Crouch from the veranda, loads of places to go for a walk, if you have dogs plenty of space for them to run around not much danger about (cars) but there are wild rabbits running around...so be aware! Also was told the area does have adder snakes due to the surrounding grassland and water...again just be aware. We never saw one. The marina is approximately 10 minute walk and barely 5 mins to the waters edge of the river. Fab place to kick back and relax and enjoy the peace & quiet - total bliss
