I sat with a friend and waited for 15 minutes before anyone spoke to us. We were then told there was no booking. I had email conformation however was told this was just an enquiry and not a booking. (I dont know how please can I book. With a response of many thanks your treatment will be one after the other along with their cancellation policy isnt a booking?) We sorted this as the first time away from children in over a year whilst on holiday. Sadly very disappointed from this very unprofessional salon. Having been here before this is not the service I expected!
