        I went into this lovely jewellers recently only to experience an extremely patronising and rude interchange with the well preserved elderly lady in charge at that time. On browsing at rings she quickly advised me that the more affordable stock was in another cabinet and pointed me to the silver items. I was so taken aback by this obvious discriminatory attitude that I simply left the shop with my mouth agape. But since then her disgusting snobbery has continued to bother me so I am placing this review to warn others of her manner. How dare she make presumptions about me and what I can afford and for the record the necklace I was wearing at the time was not silver but a custom made white gold and diamond piece made in Birmingham jewellery quarter to order. She got that wrong too This is a lovely shop with many individual pieces but I will not go back for the reasons stated above.

BUT- WHY do some visitors to our welcoming village opt to spend their precious leisure time attacking and trying to damage, this well loved old established business? I am a great admirer and VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER. All smiles. Brilliant service.lovely shop.Thank you Urban Armour team.
