Lovely shop, I visited today to look for a new collar for our growing puppy. A very helpful, knowledgeable and happy lady assisted me with my purchase. There is a great selection of leads, collars and harnesses with a good range of prices. I didn't go upstairs but will next time when I haven't a bus to catch. Swift loves the new collar

Me and my boys (Bailey included!) absolutely loved your stunning shop Your decor and extensive stock is incredible and we really appreciated your time & help with sizing Bailey for his new red harness & lead, which isnt always easy because he is a puggle so his dimensions arent a standard size As you can see in the photo below, he is loving his new purchases and so do we! Weve had so many lovely comments from people whilst on our dog walks

Really disappointed with the customer service here and wont be going back. I purchased numerous items, one being a dog toy. On my walk back from the shop I realised the toy was faulty and had ripped at the seam. I walked back and asked for an exchange; however, the woman told me that it was my fault the toy ripped and there was nothing she could do about it. A dog toy shouldnt rip within 5 minutes - poor quality items and rude staff.
