        I can't say I had a truly awful experience but from reading the other reviews I can see that the attitudes of the customer service staff haven't changed much over the years. I like being left to browse whilst shopping so I was okay with them chatting amongst themselves and completely ignoring me but when I actually wanted to buy something they had an air of superiority and impatience....this coupled with the asphyxiating cloud of perfume they'd been spraying since I arrived made me quite keen to leave and in no hurry to return.

        Annas shop is a must if you are in Burnham Market! The staff are lovely and always very helpful. Every time I buy something form this shop - people always ask me where I got it from!
