Booked in February 2021 for The Hoste but was advised The Vine House , the sister hotel was quieter so booked for 3 nights in June. The garden was overgrown with a rat poison box in view. Our room, no52 was so dark as a shub completely blocked the light. There was thick dust above the bed and hairs in the bath. We asked to change rooms and were told there was only one left. When we asked to look at it we're told it had already been booked. The food at The Hoste was very average for the money . We checked out the next morning, extremely disappointed but luckily Number Twenty9 managed to find us excellent accommodation so our stay was not ruined. I have fed back our experience but heard nothing. dungeon with no mat
