Never again! A catalogue of issues. We ended up needing two cottages for the period because of an error on the booking which unfortunately I didn't pick up (I take responsibility for that - but the mistake was theirs in the first place). This was more expensive and extremely stressful for us. We were in a corner so had to use them for the second cottage because we literally had an hour to pack and move out. The first cottage was very nice but had a few repair issues. The second cottage had so many issues it was not worth the inflated price we were charged. I do not expect to pay 500 for a weekend stay and have doors that don't close and sheets with holes in them.

The cottage was lovely and exactly as described. The communication I had with Sowerbys regarding the booking was quickly dealt with. I was given directions to the cottage and other information to download. All in all a lovely holiday. Rooms: Spacious, especially the master bedroom. Very clean.

Lovely clean and comfortable bungalow. Excellent parking and gardens. A few minutes walk from the Staithe and salt marshes with wonderful views. Our second visit. Nearby activities: Lovely walks
