        What a selection of hats to choose from, defiantly spoiled for choice , staff are helpful, also they have a good range of specialist and quirky ties. one I could not resit buying for a close froend

        Absolutely great range of hats, particularly Stetsons - Ive shopped here when Im in the area for several years. Sadly today when purchasing a hat the lady working seemed to have very little interest in me, ignoring my hello and goodbye, and handed me my purchase without a word. No hello, please, thanks or goodbye - its little things like that that help keep customers. Instead she continued a conversation with someone else in the room the whole time. Sadly I dont think Ill return. With a very small amount of friendliness this would be a 5 star review.
