Downside, it is not for families.Avoid if you have small children or grandchildren.
This is committee run with endless bickering.
Lots of older people who have forgotten what it is like to have children. My children were not badly behaved and neither were anyone else's. I would have the committee knocking on my door because of complaints. The older members have nothing better to do except to sit and watch and complain or talk about each other. One time I got a knock on my door because my 5 year old daughter was riding her bike and not abiding by the one way system and doing over 5 miles an hour.
Endless arguments because if you need to park on the grass because there are no spaces in the car park they expect you keep driving around until there is one. In the end it was more peaceful to stay at home.
I met some lovely life long friends there but sadly some of the most redicilus, childish adults in my lifetime.
Only really suitable for retirement folks with occasional visits from well behaved children who will be seen and not heard.
