Contacted the supplier with a string of problems associated with the intallation and quality and absolutely no responce has ever been received. I gave up on the installation of my letterbox and left it for the scrapmen to take away. Paid nearly 220.00 for an item which is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE and should be redesigned before any more units are sold. Very expensive mistake to of bought from this manufacturer.
