Ten years ago, we bought and fitted a hand built kitchen from John Willies Country Kitchens. We live in Scotland, but this was achievable, by communication, and no visit to the actual shop. We were delighted with the result. The service was impeccable. A few weeks ago, we were delighted to find that the shop was still in business, and we could extend our kitchen, by buying similar units. Again, this was all organised over the Internet - thanks to Sam Crocker. He has been so trustworthy and a great guy to do business with. The standard of workmanship, is second to none, and attention to detail is exceptional. Customer Service is to be applauded in this Company.

After considering a number of other kitchen companies, we discussed our requirements with John Willies County Kitchens. They were able to provide an ideal bespoke solution. From the very first meeting we were impressed by their professional approach. Sam and Joe were always available to talk to and offer advice and support. The attention to detail was demonstrated at all levels of the process, design, and fitting of the units and worktop. It is very clear that the company focus is on providing excellent service to ensure that the customer receives the best possible product and satisfaction. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

From planning to installation a very professional and trouble free process. By having bespoke units made we achieved the desired appearance for the kitchen in our cottage which we could not obtain with a 'ready made' product. The joints and fit were/are excellent and the paint finish was faultless. A good job well done.
