My Drying Coat arrived very swiftly and upon contacting Ruff & Tumble regarding a small issue with the coat a very efficient and pleasant customer service representative, Rosie, came back to me immediately and a new coat is already on the way! Fantastic products, fantastic customer service, very impressed.
