Appalling service. I placed two orders for which I received confirmation. I gave just been e.mailed to say the orders are cancelled. No explanation or apology. Dreadful customer service.

Love it here!! I was fascinated by all the lovely shops loved seeing the animals just roaming the streets too. Beautiful definitely recommend a visit. The ice-creams also amazing!

Pricing is not as bad as some other shops I have visited in the past. I would recommend anyone who purchases anything online regarding this website- as I waited a whole week before I receive my items and the only confirmation was my transaction through my bank. I contacted the shop on two occasions by a chat text service and I emailed them and I did not receive any updates until I got my eucalyptus sage in the post and assuming the rest are on their way. I understand if running a business can occupy someone's priorities, though when a customer receives no confirmation of purchase nor any sms or email update, I can't help but feel a little frustrated. Please just respond to customer queries and perhaps a confirmation either by text or email would be nice. Thank you.
