Absolute rip off merchants....I purchased a leather-bound book, which I was told had been reduced due to "people keep nicking the keys to the padlock" As the item was covered in sellotape, I could not verify the claim. When I returned home, I found the padlock doesn't work unless the key is left in it, worse, you can force open, meaning the key is useless. As for the claim that it was reduced, I was charged 20, the same as the price sticker I found on the inside of the book (which I couldn't see prior to opening.
Very bad retailer, Burley has some lovely shops....this is not one of them, avoid at all costs, not only have I been deceived, the shop has broken several retail laws whilst deceiving me, a call to Trading Standards is in order I think.
