        Thankyou for a brilliant course today on pasta and sauces. The recipes were perfect, with everything we made looking and tasting fabulous. Robin is such an experienced chef and it shows in everything he does, getting the message across in a friendly, relaxed manner. The six hour course was excellent value for money and thoroughly enjoyable. I would recommend Oakham Cookery School to everyone and hope to be back soon.

        Attended the stocks and sauces course on 11th Feb. This was a really good day. Robin is an excellent tutor, lots of hands on experience and we made some fabulous dishes, which are easy to recreate at home. Learned so much more than how to make stocks and sauces.

        I went on the bread making course. Robin made sure you felt welcome on arrival and was attentive throughout. Very well organised practical side to things, backed up with informative and interesting theory. It was great to come away having made some really tasty bread, knowing that you could actually do the same at home
