      • Southampton Dash Cam Man

        Very disappointed, been here many times in the past years and enjoyed their cream teas, but NOW they are operating as takeaway only and offer no indoor seating or waitress service. Which as a disabled person, their suggestion to take my food and use the benches outside a short distance away was not going to be useful for a disabled person with a Wheelie-walker!.. Don't think I'll be visiting them again.....

        The vegan sausage roll looked really nice but unfortunately didn't taste anything like it. Chewy, stodgy and almost rubbery. The meat sausage roll had a really weird taste almost like washing up liquid. Service wasn't particularly welcoming so all in all disappointing.

        Been stood outside the shop for nearly an hour. Planned to get some pies. Website states it opens at 10am its now 11.40 and still not open. Lots of people around. What poor service and business ethics.
