        I had a Mummy MOT with Melanie and I can recommend her to any woman that have given birth. She was very tacktful, sensetive to my needs and thorough. She definitely understands what woman goes through both physically and mentally in the 4th trimester. Go and get checked out! You will not regret it and the service can help so much.

I feel a genuine difference in my posture and movement when I leave the class. I would highly recommend this class to anyone looking to see a difference in mobility and strength.
