Really helpful and lovely reception staff. Dr Beerstecher (probably spelled that wrong, apologies) was brilliant last time I visited. Dispensary service is great too. I always order my prescriptions online which is really easy and convenient. It would be easier if the dispensary was open on Saturdays, but not a big issue.

there is a lady who works at this practice called Hayley who has a personal vendetta against my family and does everything she can to make our lives difficult. She has done everything she can to make my mum and dad very poorly and also try to not help my son who has had some very difficult health issues recently.. Dr Tom is lovely, but Im afraid dr Tom is lovely, but Im afraid Hayley enjoys making peoples life difficult

Only ever ring when something is wrong and can never been seen on the day I ring absolutely ridiculous when ive needed either scans or bloods or even just antibiotics to help a cold - waiting time is over half hour on the phone only to then be told nothing is left

Dr Hendrik Beerstecher is exceptional! Very personable and informative! Just what you need when it comes to mental health! All but one receptionists are super helpful, just call back, if the person who answers the phone is a person who clearly shouldn't be allowed to answer the phone. Shout out to the dispensary team, thank you for being so considerate and efficienct! Just wanted to add that I saw Haley Battle and she was great! Very personable and professional!
