        Called and booked to see a car that my daughter really wanted. Arranged a time and appointment the day before. Called before we set off to let the dealer know we were on our way, as arranged. He told me that he had sold it already as he did not think we would turn up for our appointment. Daughter very upset. The dealer was apologetic, but it was not the experience we had hoped for.

        My experience with Kennet Valley cars ltd was excellent, Mike was extremely helpful from start to finish. After test driving one of his cars I decided to go ahead and buy it, Mike added a years MOT and delivered the car at no extra cost. The car arrived in perfect condition inside and out, thank you!
