        Very rude service, lady at desk must have very bad day to be so determined to make it worse to customers. I had to wait half hour becose it was closed , it's not 24 hours as advertised.

        Very overpriced. The contents of the sandwich meal deal was very unclear. The lady on the till was very rude and unhelpful. Would not help direct which drinks were included in the sandwich meal deal and was generally unhelpful. Would not go here unless you can help it.

        Apart from everything being extremely overpriced... Very poor customer service at the till. I think the lady mustvmu been in a very grumpy mood, she had no patience or basic politeness at all. It's sad, as this is what will bring WHSmith down like the other high street chains that have disappeared.

        Complete rip off. 1.09 for a tube of regular smarties. You can get a 4 pack from Tesco for 1 and even Waitrose at service stations only charge 80p.
