        I arranged for their services in May, due to the waiting list they could not conduct the work until September which was understandable. I have just chased to ask about start date to be told they're running behind and will not be available until 'early next yr'. It's clear their planning is atrocious and they're not being upfront with customers on such. To be running nearly half a yr where they're not getting in touch with customers to give them a chance to look elsewhere is underhand. Thank you for wasting my time!
