Travelodge Reading M4 Eastbound

Worst Travelodge in the Country. I stay in hotels weekly with work and this was the absolute worst. Very tired, tv didn't work, heater didn't work in room 128. Also the shower leaked and it overall felt grubby. Moved to room 113, bathroom needs better cleaning as pictured and the signal here is diabolical.

The employee Ashish was extremely rude and obnoxious and should be fired from hospitality industry. He did not have the slightest idea on how to speak to a customer who is expressing concerns. I explained that my room was stuffy and noisy because of people walking upstairs and that we would prefer an upstairs room as kids are finding it hard to sleep. He said he cannot do anything about it and that this Travelodge has only one family room available. He also did not have any customer service number to raise a compalint and claimed that no one has complained before . He later banged the door on my face when I requested for a fan as room was extremely stuffy. He was adamant that i must go and check in the room first and i confirmed by calling up my husband that were was no fan. I told him that this is not the way to behave with your customers and he retorted that I am not suited to stay at this hotel.
