Good coffee. Nice quiet table booths in the cafe. Friendly staff. A bit confusing for customers at times. Some of them were rocking straight up to the second pay point and had to be told it was a single queue for all. Top annoyance was the invitation to donate when making contactless payment. No touch screen and apparently a two button app read to either get rid of or accept it. Very surprised management think that is acceptable. Otherwise good.

I'd like to share my appreciation for the delightful experience I had at Costa Cafe in Moto Reading East Services. From the cozy ambiance to the delicious food, everything was top-notch. A highlight of my visit was the exceptional service provided by barista Natalie. Her warm demeanor and genuine enthusiasm made me feel welcome from the moment I entered. Her expert knowledge of the menu and her ability to recommend the perfect cappuccino truly enhanced my experience. Kudos to Natalie and the entire team at the Moto Reading East Services Costa Cafe for their commitment to outstanding customer service. I will certainly recommend this location to friends and family and look forward to returning soon

Generally quite rude staff. There is a weird till queuing system where if you order on the left hand side by the queue you have to wait in the left blocking the queue, if you order in the right hand side (which you access via the left queue you wait in lots of space there - a bit like every other costa where youre in a. Conveyor belt) The male long hair with black glasses server on this till talked us like we were stupid because we were stood there waiting for our coffee. Just not what youd expect for overpriced coffee!
