Summary: an easy, comfortable and non-pressured environment to buy and excellent car at a competitive price, thoroughly recommended. Longer: I think the sign of someone who cares about their customers is what happens when something is slightly wrong. The car I bought is excellent, well looked after, well presented and competitively priced. Brian gave me plenty of space to look at the car in a non-pressured way. It felt like a friend was showing me a car, not a salesman. Brian has a great route for test driving the cars at a range of speeds, which was very useful. A few days after I bought the car, I noticed the steering wheel control wheel for the media system was only working intermittently. I told Brian, and with no qualms he arranged a repair at a local garage with no questions asked. He was communicative at every stage and even flexible around my work schedule for arranging the repair. The car is now fully working and I really appreciated the help he gave me in sorting what is a relatively minor issue. In no way could I have expected him to have noticed the issue beforehand, as it was an intermittent issue, only evident when your phone was connected to the car and playing media. The way Brian dealt with this issue for me, should give everyone confidence that if you buy a car here, you are buying from someone who clearly cares about his cars and his customers. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommended buying from Slocombe Cars, and if I am in the market for a new car in the future, will definitely be checking out Brian's offerings.

I could not recommend Brian and Slocombe cars enough. Fantastic customer service, very reasonable price and he took great pride fixing and displaying the car in the best condition possible. 10/10 experience and I would recommend to anyone.
