I can highly recommend Davis Tate Estate Agents Burghfield Common. From the start of the selling journey to completion they kept in regular contact with us giving updates and advice. They made what can sometimes be a process fraught with obstacles when selling one's home, bearable and positive. The staff were always friendly and only too willing to help.

I've just purchased my first house which was advertised through Davis Tate and the experience could not have been any better. Chrissie was excellent throughout - keeping me updated with everything going on and relentlessly chasing the solicitors in each part of the chain to ensure everything was kept on track. I'm sure a large reason for us completing on-time was because of her persistence and effort. I could not have asked for better service from them, and would wholeheartedly recommend them to all.

Hello, we just bought our first house and had the pleasure of interacting with Davis Tate Burghfield. The only reason I put a 4 star, is that the first estate agent we had left midway through the process and this wasn't communicated very clearly. That being said, everyone I spoke to (including the person who left) were very helpful and kind throughout the whole process. Extra kudos to Chrissie who primarily handled our purchase, she was lovely to deal with and was very quick to reply and resolve any issues we had, including promptly chasing everyone in our chain. She gets 5* from us! And thanks for the little gift pack!
