        Hands down the worst surgery that is in existence in the whole of Reading. The reception staff are sooo rude and uncompassionate to patients needs it's criminal level. Someone needs to investigate this surgery. It's an absolute joke.

        This surgery is incredible. I can get appointments tomorrow, usually first thing in the morning, early enough not to affect my working day. The doctors and nurses are knowledgable, understanding and great at their jobs. Couldnt be a happier patient.

        Useless practice, always understaffed, appointments are always at least a week or more away, rude unhelpful receptionist, no nurses available. If you get a choice of practices to join, pick anywhere else, this place is totally below par.
