Most arrogant cleaning company Ive ever worked for. Had a problem with an inexperience supervisor who was a normal cleaner at the school like myself. He raised his voice at me because I couldnt fix something & i asked for his helped so he refused, I told the manger & she did nothing. She sat me down 2 days later and looked at me like she didn't believe a word I said. Instead of her dealing with the problem all she done was type it down and send it to HR as if they could fix the problem. I quit the job on the spot. She could see I was furious and she still had the audacity to ask if I could still finish my shift. Silly woman! Wouldnt work for this company ever again and wouldnt recommend as they dont care about you one bit.

This is the worst company I have ever worked for. You get no support, they lie to you and I was forced to quit my position as supervisor (a role I was very happy in until they took over the contract). I was assured I would have more staff but that never happened. We were given cleaning machinery to use with no training (which resulted in a injury). In our area there was one general manager covering 67 sites (obvious failure) trying to get then keep staff and offering different pay rates causing complaints from existent staff. Unless you are desperate and not fussed how you are treated avoid like the plague. On the plus side they will employ anyone as always desperate and don't care who works for them. They also offer supervisor roles to anyone experience or not).
