I rang TW Electronics a couple of days before Christmas and spoke to Vicky who was holding the fort. Vicky was so helpful and when I explained that I had purchased a remote several months earlier but hardy used it and it, along with another remote from another company was not working suggested it could be my PVR player. She posted me one that arrived next day as it was tracked delivery and she was right so I am returning the remotes to TW Electronics but Vicky was just so helpful and my call was answered straight away. What a pleasure that in itself is! It was a pleasure doing business with this company. I now have a replacement PVR recorder but will be be using TW Electronics if I need another replacement remote. Note to Vicky: Hope you enjoyed your bacon sandwich!!!

What a brilliant company. I had what I thought was a faulty remote and they replaced it no problems within 2 days. Turned out to be faulty battery. Well done for great service.

I purchased a remote for my alba TV as mine decided it wasn't going to work anymore after changing BATTERIES several times so I searched the internet tw electrics came up I quoted my tv make & model as the label on back of TV stated tw electrics delivers in the post and YES IT WORKS well done tw electrics brilliant
