Kid-friendliness: the woman at the counter and who answers the phone is very friendly making it kid friendly

The only problem weve had is that they dont clear their messages on the phone so every time we try to place an order its impossible to get through so we end up going there and have to and wait for about half an hour so annoying when I mention this they just say their too busy
