This is a tranquil and calm class. The exercises help to open up your joints without causing any strain which was not true of my previous class. I suffer from fibromyalgia and this class was extremely beneficial to me. The more I attend and the more I learn the movements the more I am sure I will benefit. I intend to keep attending this class and may even be able to attend more classes during the week in the future.

Really pleased to see The Tai Chi Effect has opened in Burgess Hill, I used to travel to the Ditchling class but this is going to be much better! David has a real natural teaching style and defo knows his stuff.
