Block & Gasket Burgess Hill

We placed a order for delivery from them on Deliveroo from there sin city burgers when our order arrived one of the burgers was missing we took it up with Deliveroo who were very uncooperative and told us to call the restaurant directly we phoned the restaurant and spoke to their manager who was lovely and apologised for the missing items and said if we were able to collect they could re cook the items for us. We excepted drove and picked up the burger where the manager apologised again and gave us a greasy burger and a little sorry gift. (Made my now hangry wife very happy).so thank you so much we have had encounters with other restaurants similar and they have not been anywhere near as nice or understanding. The food was amazing and piping hot both on delivery and the collected burger! We definitely recommend them would have been 5 stars if not for the whole stress of the missing burger in the first place such lovely staff and a lovely experience.

Fantastic day! Bottomless Brunch! Incredible service, amazing food! Staff where unreal, Tristan, Becca, Nathan & Graham! Also, Alan you owe me a red bull! Will be back again soon and can't recommend the Bottomless Brunch enough, massive value for money!

Really nice, friendly welcoming efficient staff. Lovely decor. Beer glasses are refrigerated so a nice cold beer is guaranteed which pleases Duncan enormously, a simply thought makes all the difference. Plenty of TV screens to enjoy your sports. Well worth a visit. Carole
