Lila Davis Reflexology

Lila is very pleasant and professional, she always makes you feel really at ease so you can relax and enjoy the treatment. Beautiful surroundings and soft music that allows you to just drift away. I have found Reflexology has greatly helped with my problems with my ear and neck as well as a long term digestive issue. I come away feeling relaxed and less stressed, with my problems feeling eased. Wonderful treatment and would certainly recommend Lila for anyone new to Reflexology or anyone who has experience of Reflexology treatment. I look forward to my appointments every time.

I was recommended by a friend to try out Lila Davis Reflexology. I hadnt had anything like this before so I wasnt sure it was going to be for me. I was very pleasantly surprised though, and it was exactly what I needed. I felt thoroughly relaxed and destressed. Lila is a very professional therapist and will defiantly be going back.

Being a mature lady and my job involving being on my feet all day, i wanted to try some Reflexology. I found Lila through a local search. Lila is a lovely lady who was easy to talk to and very reassuring about what the session would entail. She made my feet feel as light as a feather afterwards. I work shifts and hopefully i will sleep better now. Thank you very much Lila, I will be back.

Absolutely amazing. I have Chronic fatigue syndrome amongst other ailments and Lila has helped me no end. I love going to see her, she is calm, really friendly and has the most brilliant healing hands. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for alternative therapy
