Five stars for the chemist who was very pleasant to deal with , but 1 star for the miserable shelf stacker who stamped on a box of medicine on the floor and put it back without cleaning it .

Just moved to Day Lewis Pharmacy from big Tescos and they are really friendly in there, the shop seems to be well stocked for other essentials too. They text me now to let me know when my prescription is in which is really helpful. They also saved my maternity exemption number on the system, so my partner has been able to pick my prescriptions up with no fuss (and is less likely to lose my form ) Thanks Sarahx

Went in for a flu jab, staff were polite and friendly and I was in and out within 5 minutes.

I had a flu vaccination booked through my GP with at least one weeks notice. Upon arrival they had no record of the booking and had run out of flu vaccines. They claim to have never received the booking which is complete and utter rubbish as it was confirmed. They did offer rebooking but I had already moved my schedule round to accommodate todays appointment and was unable to rebook immediately. This is a recognised booking system recommended by my GP and the NHS
